This herb consists of silicic acid, boost the strength, appearance, and overall health of the nails and hair, preventing easy breakage or a dull appearance.

It is also widely used to improve respiratory conditions such as sore throats, chronic coughing, bronchitis, and other sinus issues.

Agrimony consists of chemicals like thiamin, quercitrin, and catechins, which enhance the function of the liver and gallbladder.

Dosage and Precautions

 Add 1 g dried aerial parts of agrimony into 200 mL boiled water and consume it twice a day for one month. Large quantities could lead to digestive complaints.

Do not consume if you are suffering from kidney, liver disease, and constipation.

Avoid during Pregnant, breastfeeding, and prolonged usage. It may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and allergic reaction.
