1. No Tobacco Products

Tobacco use can significantly increase the risk of developing cancer. It has the potentials to cause nearly every type of it. Like- mouth, lung, throat, pancreas, larynx, bladder, kidney, and cervix cancer.

Avoid all tobacco products as much as you can. If you are addicted to smoking, you are not killing yourself by active smoking. But also, you are becoming a treat to those around you. You may not take care of yourself, but you have no right to cause harm to others. Smoking, on the other hand, can reduce your desire for sex and make you impotent.

2. Healthy Diet

Eat fresh home-cooked foods and avoid fast foods and cold drinks as much as you can. Vegetables and fruits have the necessary vitamins and minerals inside. If you are addicted to meat-based foods, try to reduce red meat. While you remain healthy, your immune system will work perfectly. Therefore, your body will have the adequate capability to fight cancer cells.

3. Preserve a Healthy Weight

Excess fat and body weight may result from overeating habits. Obesity is a real problem in this fast world. Eat healthily, and in a small portion. When you maintain a healthy weight, you will have better mental and physical capabilities.

4. Regular Physical Activity

Regular physical activity can keep your body fit and your immune system active for anything. You can control your body weight with the right type of workout.

A physically active person certainly has a lower risk of colon and breast cancer. You can have a morning walk with this in mind, and 15-minute jogging keeps you fit and healthy.

5. Beware of The Sun

The sunlight can cause skin cancer. Avoid sunlight as much as you can. Use an umbrella combined with better sunscreen lotion. If you need to go outside, cover your skins as much as you can. That may not be fashionable, but it will cut down on hospital visits.

6. Take Regular Medical Care

Self-exams and regular medical care can prevent breast and skin cancer. Alternatively, if you test yearly, you can identify the infected cells in the first stage. Also, by doing that, you can lower the other associated health risks likewise. Taking routine medical care is the ultimate option for living a peaceful, healthy life.

7. Get Vaccinated

Hepatitis B can raise the chance of growing liver cancer. An STD can lead to cervical and genital cancers. By vaccinating yourself with Hepatitis B and HPV vaccine, you may decrease the overall uncertainty for these cancer types.

8. Dodge Unsafe Habits

If you don’t like smoking and a person is smoking nearby, leave the place. Plus, avoid other drug abuse. Injecting some intravenous drugs2 with shared needles can cause hepatitis B and C as well as HIV. It can enhance the risk for liver cancer.
