Step # 6 Make a Clear Choice 

As a final point, you’re hopefully contented to make your decision. Choose the job you believe would offer you the most happiness and satisfaction. The choice must depend on the collected information.

Be aware you are allowed to choose an option that makes you do something that changes your mind at some stage in your life. You can choose that particular job if you think it is good for you in the long run. Many individuals may take a year or two to get fit in their job.


Step # 7 Identify Your Short-term and Long-term Goals

Identify your short-term and long-term goals to determine a path for landing your desired job. In six months to three years, you are more likely to achieve a short-term goal. Long-term goals and objectives typically take between 3 or 5 years.

Let your reference be the core study you have done on schooling and training. If you have not all the details that you need, it is suggested to do more research. Set your goals once you have all the information you need. 

Step # 8 Write an Action Plan for the Right Career

Have an action plan, a structured guide that outlines all the actions to achieve your objectives. Consider it as a road map that takes you from scratch to hatch. Lay down both the short and long-term targets and the measures to achieve each of them. Take account of common obstacles that might hinder the achievement of the objectives and the right way to solve them.
