Easy-To-Cook Dish # 1 Japanese-Style “oishii” Breakfast

My younger sister has just moved out, but I’m not going to cook for myself like this, so I thought, but what should I do about the empty refrigerator? Nothing but bottled juice and snacks. What would be easy to make on a weekday morning with these ingredients? That is how I came up with this dish. It’s a bit of a hassle to make, but it just takes 20 minutes without cutting corners. You may also make use of any leftover veggies you have in the fridge.

Once you get used to making this, your breakfast routine will complete itself like magic!

Ingredients: Soy sauce 2 tbsp Japanese rice vinegar 1 tsp Sugar 2 tbsp Mirin 1 tsp [Optional] Mirin 3 tbsp (to make it sweeter) Bonito flakes four sheets Mayonnaise 2 tbsp Cooking oil of your choice Salt & pepper.

Step 1: Chop the spring onion. Cut the edge off one end, then cut into small segments with downward motions. If you’re using spinach or chard, trim off the “tails,” then chop at an angle.

Step 2: Cut the potatoes into small chunks.

Step 3: Put a nonstick frying pan on high heat and add the oil. When it gets hot, pour in the cut potatoes and stir them around with a wooden spatula until they start to turn color.

Step 4: Throw in the chopped spring onion and stir-fry for about 10 seconds. Now add the salt and pepper, followed by the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and mirin.

Step 5: Keep the heat low and let it simmer for about 3 minutes until all the fresh vegetables are done to your desire. Take the pan off the flame. Then, shift everything to a pot. Add the mayonnaise, stir it well with a spoon, then cover the surface with bonito flakes as desired.h

Step 6: And there’s your Japanese-style “oishii” breakfast! : ) Here’s another photo for comparison with other omelets. It might not look as pretty, but the taste is great! : )

Step 7: This’ll go great with a cup of coffee or tea. I sure love this dish!

Mash sweet potatoes with salt and pepper on a large baking tray lined with parchment paper at 180 degrees Celsius for at least sixty minutes or until crisp. Use as a side or snack when watching TV. You can also make your seasonings.

Easy-To-Cook Dish # 3 Soy sauce or salt (to rice)

Rice is generally cooked with a lot of water, but if you use less water, the rice will be sticky and gooey. Soy sauce helps to make sticky rice smooth and delicious. If you don’t have all the ingredients required for cooking, swap others that you do have in your kitchen with those which you don’t have. For example, if you make a tea cake, but do not have sugar or milk, use honey for sweetness or soy sauce to add flavor.

Easy-To-Cook Dish # 4 Jasmine Rice with Salt and Soy Sauce

Boiled Jasmine rice is best eaten when hot. Add salt and dissolve it in the water before boiling. Then add soy sauce to taste.

Easy-To-Cook Dish # 10 Simple Tuna Sandwich

Use recipes that you can easily find on the internet or create your recipe by modifying what’s available to you. Usually, tuna sandwiches are filled with mayo, ketchup, etc., but you can taste it without the sauce (but if you want to put in something different, try out a sweet and sour sauce). Use tuna fish as a filling with lettuce, cheese, and mayonnaise all wrapped up in bread. When you do not get much time to make breakfast, this is a great option. Toast pine buns on a frying pan, then put scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese in them. This is also an easy recipe for freezing and cooking later.

Easy-To-Cook Dish # 11 Simple Cold Udon Noodles Salad

Lettuce leaves go well with cold udon noodles. Mix chili sauce and sesame oil as a dressing, then add vegetables like carrots, lettuce, and cucumber. Cold Udon noodles are delicious, but they can be pretty expensive. If you boil the udon in a large pot of water then mix it with some dry salad and seasonings, this dish will come out tasty as well as inexpensive. Serve with ketchup or any other dressing sauce that you like.

Easy-To-Cook Dish # 12 Udon Noodles (Boil in Large Pot of Water)

Rinse udon noodles until the water turns clear. Boil for 3 minutes or so, then drains well. This is a straightforward recipe, and it’s also reasonable to make as a meal for two people because you can cook several servings simultaneously in one large pot of water. Mix vegetables and sesame oil with the noodles in a bowl, then eat.
