Deletion
We keep log data for a maximum of 24 months. Your Newerapost account, including your display name, username, and public profile, will be deleted from newerapost.com, Newerapost for iOS, and Newerapost for Android when it is deactivated.
It is still possible to restore your Newerapost account for up to 45 days after deactivation if it was unintentionally or maliciously deleted.
Even after removing your information from our services or deactivating your account, search engines and other third parties may retain copies of your public information, such as your profile and posts.
Object, Restrict, or Withdraw Consent
When you're logged into your Newerapost account, you can modify your privacy settings and other account functions. Privacy settings may take a few seconds to be updated in our systems.
Services for Children
We do not provide services to children, and you may not use our services if you are under the age of 13. In addition, you must be old enough to agree to the processing of your personal data in your country.
Global Operations
We provide our services across the world in accordance with applicable laws. You authorize us to transfer, keep, and use your data wherever we operate in any country where we operate.
